Data collected and purposes
We collect only what the stated purpose requires. No data is collected without your knowledge, and we neither buy nor sell contact lists.

Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the ENYWORK SARL staff who need it to handle your request: the sales team for quotes, support for assistance, management for job applications. Each access is named and logged.
We do not pass your data to any third party for commercial purposes.
Some technical providers may access it strictly within the scope of their assignment: our email delivery service, and the provider of the WhatsApp messaging service when you write to us through that channel.
Where your data is held
Data collected through this site is stored on ENYWORK SARL's infrastructure in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Conversations started through WhatsApp necessarily transit through that service provider's servers, which are located outside Congolese territory. If that matters to you, use the contact form or the telephone instead.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to data is restricted, named and logged, and protected by two-factor authentication for administrator accounts.
Data is backed up daily in encrypted form, and restoration is tested periodically.
No system is infallible. In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to your rights, we would inform you as quickly as possible.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive the data you provided in a portable form.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@enywork.com setting out your request. We reply within one month at the latest. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Minors
This site is addressed to professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors. If you find that such data has reached us, report it to contact@enywork.com and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a substantial change, we inform the people concerned.
