Proof of payment

A receipt anyone can verify.

Money goes from the parent's phone to the school's merchant account through licensed payment operators: it never passes through us. Every receipt is numbered per school and per year, on a counter that never skips, and carries a QR code and a 12-character code. The public verification page confirms it, or refutes it. Only management and accounts can touch amounts.

What school heads ask us.

Is parents' money safe?

Yes. It goes from the parent's phone to the school's merchant account through licensed operators, never through us. We store no card numbers and no mobile money codes, and every confirmation is checked against a transaction we initiated.

What if the internet is down?

The application keeps a copy of the school's data on the phone or computer. Roll call, announcements, calendar, enrolment and cash collection work with no connection. Only online payment needs the internet, and the application says so clearly.

Do staff need training?

Half a day is enough for the office and accounts staff, because the application follows the steps they already take. Parents have nothing to learn: they receive a password from the school and open a page.

What happens to our current cash book?

It is carried over. The “earlier payment” mode lets you enter the old paper receipt, at its real date and for its amount. Every pupil's balance is right from day one.

Which phones does it work on?

Any Android phone with Chrome, and any computer. Nothing to install from an app store: open the address, and Chrome offers to add the icon to the home screen.

And if we stop?

Your data belongs to you. Payment exports are built into the application, and we provide a full copy of your database on request.
