Data management and reporting

Your data already exists. It simply is not usable.

The problem

What we see most often.

Nobody has the same number

The registrar quotes one enrolment figure, finance another, management a third. None of them is wrong: they are counting different things without knowing it.

The archives are decaying

Paper registers falling apart, hard drives with no backup, files whose password nobody remembers. Part of your institutional memory disappears every year.

Decisions are taken blind

Without consolidated figures, budget decisions rest on the experience of a few people. That works, until they leave.

Our answer

Your data already exists. It simply is not usable.

An institution that has been running for ten years holds a considerable amount of data. It sits in binders, in spreadsheets, in three systems that do not talk to each other, and in the memory of two or three people.

Our job is to gather it, clean it, secure it, and turn it into dashboards your management actually opens.

We are not selling artificial intelligence. We make your own figures readable and reliable — which, in most organisations, already changes everything.

Deliverables

  • An inventory of your data sources and their real condition
  • A consolidated, backed-up and documented database
  • Digitisation and indexing of the priority paper archives
  • Management dashboards, usable without technical skills
  • A written definition of every indicator, so everyone counts the same way
  • A data retention and security policy
  • Training on reading and updating the dashboards

How it runs

Step by step.

STEP 01

Inventory

Where your data is, in what condition, who maintains it, and what it is used for today.

STEP 02

Consolidation

Cleaning, deduplication, reconciliation, loading into a single database.

3 to 6 weeks
STEP 03

Reporting

Dashboards designed with the people who will use them, not for them.

Our commitment

We do not publish prices. We publish a process.

Every project is different: an honest quote means having understood the need first. Here is what you can count on when you write to us.

The first conversation is free

Scoping, analysing your need and writing the proposal cost you nothing. We start charging when we start producing.

An answer within 48 working hours

Written by someone on the team, not by a robot. And if your request falls outside what we do well, we would rather tell you straight away.

A readable quote within 5 days

Line by line, with the estimated time next to each item. You will know what you are paying for, and why it costs that.

The quote is the price

The signed figure is the invoiced figure. If the scope changes along the way — it often does — we price it and you decide before anything is built.

Frequently asked

What people ask us most.

Our data is in a terrible state. Is that a problem?

No, that is the normal situation. Cleaning is part of the job, and we tell you at the inventory stage what can be recovered and what cannot.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

Rarely. We prefer to read your current systems and consolidate on top, rather than impose a costly and risky replacement.

Where is the consolidated data stored?

On our servers in Kinshasa, or on yours if you prefer. It does not leave Congolese territory.

Who updates the dashboards?

Nobody: they refresh automatically from the sources. What takes discipline is capture at source — and we help you put that in place.
