Web technology training

So the platform truly belongs to you — including the skills to keep it alive.

The problem

What we see most often.

The tool is there, but nobody uses it

The platform was delivered, a demo was given, and six months later staff are back to the paper register.

Only one person knows how

The whole organisation depends on one member of staff who learned on the job. Their leave blocks the service; their departure paralyses it.

Your technical team stays dependent

Every small update means calling the supplier, and paying. The promised transfer of skills never happened.

Our answer

So the platform truly belongs to you — including the skills to keep it alive.

A platform nobody knows how to use goes back to paper within eighteen months. It is the most common cause of failure, and the least often budgeted for.

We train three distinct audiences, three different ways: the administrative staff who use the tool daily, the academics and managers who contribute occasionally, and the technical teams who must be able to run it without us.

Sessions take place in your own offices, on your own data, in French.

Deliverables

  • A programme tailored to each audience, built from your real cases
  • On-site sessions in your offices, in groups of 8 to 12
  • Training material in French, illustrated with your own screens
  • Hands-on exercises on a practice environment, with no risk to your data
  • A named certificate of attendance
  • A catch-up session one month later, for the difficulties met in real use

How it runs

Step by step.

STEP 01

Level assessment

A short questionnaire and a few interviews, so beginners and experts are not trained in the same room.

3 days
STEP 02

Programme

Content built from your actual procedures, not from a generic deck.

1 week
STEP 03

Sessions

Classroom training, with exercises and a practice environment.

2 to 5 days
STEP 04

Catch-up

We return a month later to deal with what proves difficult once the tool is in daily use.

Our commitment

We do not publish prices. We publish a process.

Every project is different: an honest quote means having understood the need first. Here is what you can count on when you write to us.

The first conversation is free

Scoping, analysing your need and writing the proposal cost you nothing. We start charging when we start producing.

An answer within 48 working hours

Written by someone on the team, not by a robot. And if your request falls outside what we do well, we would rather tell you straight away.

A readable quote within 5 days

Line by line, with the estimated time next to each item. You will know what you are paying for, and why it costs that.

The quote is the price

The signed figure is the invoiced figure. If the scope changes along the way — it often does — we price it and you decide before anything is built.

Frequently asked

What people ask us most.

What topics do you cover?

Getting started with the platforms we deploy, office software and document management, information security awareness, an introduction to web development for technical teams, and Linux server administration.

How many people per session?

Between 8 and 12. Beyond that, hands-on practice is impossible and training turns into a lecture.

What equipment is needed?

A room, a projector, and at least one workstation for every two participants. We can bring machines if necessary.

Do you issue a certification?

We issue a named certificate of attendance. We do not claim an international certification we are not accredited to award.

Do you travel to the provinces?

Yes — Kikwit, Kananga, Likasi and Lubumbashi in particular. Travel costs appear as a separate line in the quote.
