Does an audit always lead to work for you?
No. We sometimes recommend keeping what you have, or going to another supplier. An audit whose conclusion is known in advance is worthless.
How long does an audit take?
Three to four weeks for a mid-sized organisation, presentation included.
Can the document be used for a tender?
Yes. The diagnosis and costing are written so they can be sent to a supervising authority or a funder, or used as the basis for a specification.
Do you review projects already under way?
Yes, including as a second opinion on a project in difficulty. That is often the most useful assignment.
